I wish I could give this place a negative number for a review. I live about 8 hours away and was looking for a tow truck. I found a Freightliner that he was selling and the price seemed great. I spoke with him on the phone, asked if there were any known issues and if the truck had a/c, and informed him I was coming from several hours away to look at this truck. He said the truck was ready to go and was in good condition, that they had just redone piston rings, and that it had a/c, but he wasn't sure if it was recharged when they did piston rings. I drove all the way down to Alto from Southern Illinois under the impression that this vehicle was driveable - boy was I in for a shock. The vehicle would not go over 35 mph, it smoked like crazy, it had no radiator cap, there was no a/c compressor even on the truck, the tires looked like they had been painted, and I just stopped there. I didn't even want to know how bad of condition this thing was in. NEVER go to this place! It appeared to be more of a truck graveyard than a truck sales place. I wish we had took heed of the one other review on here, and now we're letting everyone else know so that they don't fall into the same trap we did.
